1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RankCited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

RankCited is a managed AI-visibility service. Clients subscribe to monthly plans under which RankCited measures the client's presence in AI-generated answers and plans and executes editorial placements, branded mentions, and content on third-party publications. Publishers join RankCited's network to publish such content and receive a fixed payout per placement. RankCited selects publications and manages fulfilment on the client's behalf. Visibility, ranking, and citation outcomes depend on third parties and are not guaranteed; RankCited commits to best-effort execution and transparent reporting. RankCited is not responsible for the editorial content of third-party websites beyond the placements it arranges.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers using RankCited agree to:

Only add websites they own or have authorization to manage
Provide accurate website metrics and information
Publish accepted briefs within the agreed turnaround time
Maintain link placements for the agreed duration
Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients using RankCited agree to:

Provide accurate goals, target URLs, and brand information
Not request links to illegal or prohibited content
Pay subscription fees in advance for each billing cycle
Communicate professionally with RankCited staff and publishers

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on our platform:

Illegal content or links to illegal websites
Adult or explicit material
Malware, phishing, or harmful software
Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Hate speech or discriminatory content

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle; prepaid placement credit is charged at purchase. Monthly plan capacity that is not used within the billing cycle expires and does not roll over; prepaid credit and previously purchased token packs remain valid for twelve months. Plans may be changed or cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Publishers receive payment after a placement is live and confirmed. Because outcomes depend on third-party publishers and AI engines, fees are not refundable on the basis of visibility, ranking, or citation results; other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankCited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months.
