Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you a monthly AI visibility report for one brand and one market, with your RankCited Score and a view of who AI recommends instead of you. Placements and content work are pay-as-you-go — no card required to start.
What is a credit?
A credit is the one unit everything on RankCited is priced in, and one credit is one dollar. Your plan adds credits every month; you can buy more at any time. Credits pay for the work you do through your Action Plan (content, community, audits) and for placements alike. Every task shows its price in credits before you confirm it.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. On a yearly plan they still arrive monthly, so each month starts fresh. Credits you buy separately are different: they stay valid for 12 months from purchase, and whichever credits expire soonest are spent first.
Can I buy placements without a subscription?
Yes. Every plan — including Free — can order placements straight from the Action Plan. Buy the credits you need when you confirm, or top up in advance. No monthly commitment required.
How does this compare with buying links directly?
Placements run 59–499 credits (one credit is one dollar) depending on the site's authority, against a market average near $500 per link — and every placement includes the research, writing, publisher vetting, and follow-up measurement.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Moving to a cheaper plan, switching from yearly to monthly, or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then.
